How long does shipping take for online orders?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Because we use simple, plant-based ingredients and avoid synthetic detergents, many customers with sensitive skin find our products to be much gentler than mass-produced alternatives.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our handmade bath and body products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Can I customize the scent of my products?
Absolutely! In our physical Soap Makeries, you can customize scents for many of our products. For online orders, we offer our most popular pre-scented combinations.
